Quiet day

Just been sitting around the house, mostly. I got some cool stuff from Stephie yesterday, and we hung out and chatted. Was really great to catch up.

I'm now scanning in some old meme pictures that I never got around to sharing. I didn't finish the whole meme, see, so I never shared them. What I might do is finish the meme cause I hate leaving things unfinished!

It's been fun hanging out with Nao (my brother's Japanese girlfriend who is over for a few days). It's really difficult to communicate when I know so little Japanese. She knows a bit of English but I'm sure I talk far too fast! When Paul's there it's easier, but when he's off somewhere and it's just us, I get very nervous cause I'm so bad at making conversation with people that know plenty of English, let alone with someone who doesn't know it too well. Let's just say that this wooden ball and cup game has been quite the bonding experience. That and cooking muffins. LOL!

Well, I'm going to look back on my journal archives and try to figure out who the hell I drew these pictures for!
