logansrogueIt's really important. When facing the New Year - you gotta be wearing a comfortable and sassy pair of shoes. Not the uncomfortable shoes you wore years ago to a bad date or the old shoes that you wear to work or shopping.
Good, fresh, favoured, sassy shoes with diamontes and style. Yep. Them's the shoes I'm wearing into the New Year.
I'm feeling good about it. How about you? My life has turned upside down in the past year, sometimes for good, sometimes for the challenging and painful. It's been a tempering of steel process, because I know what I want more than ever.
I never used to know what I wanted out of things, but now I do.
Yesterday my sister did a reading for me. I'm writing here so I can remember what she said:
- She saw fiery horses. White horses galloping. She thought it meant ambition, strength, speed.
- She saw Bastet, and Bastet wouldn't go away until I mentioned her.
- A car rolling up our driveway and a man getting out. Thin face, nice smile, close-trimmed goatee, curled brown hair. Sounds good to me. She said he felt like a boyfriend. It's either what I want (oh do I want) or what may be on the way.
- She felt very fatigued when she did the reading, so she was picking up on my bad health.
