Is it bad if the first thing I think when I see someone's 'reconstruction' of Christ from the Shroud of Turin is "Yeah, I'd do him"?

That's okay. I'm a Christian and while watching "Mary: Mother of Jesus on TV (where Christian Bale played Jesus) with my parents on Easter, I exclaimed without even thinking, "Wow! That's the sexiest Jesus I've ever seen!" I got a slap on the back of the head for that one. ;)

Oh he WAS A SEXY JESUS!!! I did enjoy that movie. Schmee was a great Mary, wasn't she? But I have to say... sexiest Jesus ever?

Jim Caviezel (SP?!?!). Oh man. Him naked at the end of The Passion was SO WORTH IT!!

LOL Now see, I haven't seen The Passion of the Christ yet-because I know I'll be crying buckets-but it's nice to know there will be a little break from the sadness towards the end. :D

Dude. You have to see it. For sweaty shirtless leather-overalls wearing Jesus making a table. Fucking hell, that is some HOT SHIT RIGHT THERE! Or I can just show you screen shots. Which I will. Right now. You see:

Image
Here we go. You tell me that ain't hot!!

Image
Look. He's wet!! And Hot! Hot and wet!!

Image
And here Our Lord is telling James the Holy Awesomeness and Kindess to Womenkind (and other male-appreciating peoples) that is - long, gorgeous wavy dark hair and well-kept beards. *happy sigh*

Is there a twelve-step programme for freaky women who are turned on by actors being Jesus? Cause man... Or even just Jesus himself, cause that's some freaky shit. lol

Ooh, nice shots! He's quite well muscled and toned, isn't he?
Yeah, there should be a 12 step program because it's downright scary lusting after the One, even if it is just an actor!
Jeez, I swear if I didn't think God had a since of humor about this stuff, I'd be waiting for the lightning to strike me dead right now. *looks up and ducks*

God made Richard Simmonds. He SO has a sense of humour. LOL! Plus, it's not like we're being pornographic. (I covered that in my dream and believe me, I was very shocked about it all, and apologetic to Our Lord when I woke up. I was all "Subconscious, totally my subconscious... er... internal underlying Lilith... yeah. SORRY!").

God made Richard Simmonds

LOL You crack me up!

No we were not being pornographic. That would be "The Line Not To Be Crossed". Besides like you said, you've got that covered in your dream (Which btw, I just went back and read and LMAO. It sounded like some South Park/Monty Python crossover episode just waiting to happen! :D) and I have made it my life's work to read as much H/Hr porn as I possibly can before I die. So we're both already covered in that department. :D

Just sayin'...

LOL. I thought I was the only one that read my comments threat.

Well I tell ya - I'm proud to have been a part of it. I think when we start congratulating ourselves, it stops being cool. Oh well.

Heh.

There was a mini-series when I was in ninth grade that had the very same effect on me. That Jesus had the most amazing blue eyes ever, and resulted in several of we Catholic girls being extra attentive in religious instruction for at least two months. *g*

Just remembered, it was called "Jesus of Nazareth" and I've seen it recently on DVD. Definitely tempted...

Oh! Yep! That's the one! I was just asking you if it was that one!! :) I'm very tempted to get it this Christmas, too. It's my favourite Jesus movie-thing. The right balance of sad and happy and wow and holy. *nod* And it's not too heavy on the scary bits, either. (You know, the bits of the bible that make you go, "Uhm... but that's not so cool.")

Robert Powell (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0694293/). VERY sexy Jesus indeed. Had such a crush on him too. (He was the one that invited me into the robe in the dream).

Gah!

Yes!

::dies::

And the guy how played John was also totally gorgeous. *g*

Hmmm, 1977? Not quite in Grade Nine, then. Gawd, I'm old enough without adding a couple of years, lol!

Yes, that's the fabulous Siobhan Fahey, one of my long-time groovster heriones. She and I share a love of red lipstick. *g*

Oh, I love red lipstick too, but it doesn't look so great on me, I'm afraid.

See, it kinda makes my mouth look all thin...

http://photobucket.com/albums/0803/nacey/general/?action=view¤t=DSC00070.jpg

Hmm. Anyway. The vocal bits in You're History, the high bits (I don't know if Siobhan did them or the other chick) are terribly difficult. I can't do them, and I've tried. (I sound like a characature of the song LOL).

Same reason I don't wear pale lipstick, lol! Lovely pics, btw. *g*

It was Marcella Detroit (aka the other chick) who sang the high parts in You're History. My friend who's a soprano with the local opera company can reach them, but I don't know anyone else who can, lol!

I can do it with falsetto, and if I practice enough when my throat's in good condition, I can nearly do it. Right now I'm in the midst of flu so when I try it sounds like two cats fucking.
