Need Help: Art Project

Hey all.

Well, I'm currently sorting through screencaps of all the Tenth Doctor episodes ever. My hormones are certainly getting a work-out.

It's clear to me, however, that to get a good screencap of the right resolution, I'm going to have to have a copy of the episode from DVD, so that I can get a good screen shot.

Can anyone help me with that? I'm using a screencap site to narrow it down to the exact moment in the exact episodes that I need to capture, but I don't have the DVDs. I just don't have the money to buy them.
