Is this the first sign of the Apocalypse?

Okay, so Tony Abbott is now leader of the opposition.

I am officially Very Worried. Gone up from slightly worried to Very Worried.

I may even start to panic.

It is not funny. It is not laughable. It is terrifying that such a close-minded, horrible bigot is the leader of the OTHER PARTY with a chance at getting the job of Prime Minister. It's like having Pauline Hanson as leader of the Liberal Party. Except it's much, much worse, because Dipshit McChristianson has funding and people and numbers behind him. Enough to win against the popular Labour dudes? Probably not.

But if something goes wrong, if some scandal happens, if some sort of shit hits the fan - I barely want to think on it.
