Emma Thompson Is Fucking Awesome.

She has listened to a fan petition asking her to remove her name from the "Free Roman Polanski" petition. She said she will remove her name. We're waiting for confirmation that her name will be removed.

Seriously, this is blub time for me. It broke my heart in ten different ways when I saw her name on that blasted petition. Especially cause I know she's spoken out against rape before. It was a deep hurt, a really deep hurt. I look up to her a lot (can you tell?).

But maybe the world isn't quite so fuckin' crazy after all, and people just need to be properly communicated to. Eh, I live in hope.
