So, I've always been embarrassed by my goofy grin. I get all double-chinny and shit. I always think that when my boyfriend makes me laugh, a real deep laugh from the belly, that I must look terrible.

The other day D and I were goofing around with Photobooth on my Mum's iMac, and he made me laugh while I was looking at the screen over his shoulder. In a brief moment I forgot about the camera, and I was so amused and felt so much love for him that I laughed from deep in my belly, the exact kind of laugh I think I must look ridiculous in.

I was surprised, cause not only did I not look ugly, I looked really fucking happy. I haven't seen myself that happy in a long time. And I thought, maybe that's why my boyfriend likes making me laugh? I dunno.

I'm just going to laugh without worrying about it from now on, I think.

Nothing should ever keep you from genuine happy laughter. Not double chins nor snorty sounds. OK, maybe excess spit might call for a bit of attention to style, but apart from that, go for it.
