I totally had a dream where I was talking to this woman who was all super-preened and perfect. And she was criticising the way some women don't shave *everything*. You know the score, they're ugly, they're dirty, etc etc. I burst into this weird vagina-monlogues-esque freeform about the beauty of a natural vulva.

"You mean you don't like it? You don't see it? A great, hairy, lippy, rose-like bloom down there? Burgeoning with curls and pink and flesh? Soft and rough and generous and unashamed? Just total and undeniable, complete and unafraid? It's a bloom, a flower, a great, vital, cuddly pink revolution."

That's not the exact wording, but what a dream. Though, I blame Courbet.<-- NSFW LINK! Though it IS fine art. ;)

I'm such a dinosaur, I guess, but I totally cannot stand that trend. Why the fcuk would I want to look like a ten-year-old? And what kind of creepy sort would want me to look like a ten-year-old? Guh. Just creeps me right out.

Well, I feel that a woman can do whatever makes her comfortable. But no woman should be told she's dirty or undesirable for being as nature made her.

Personally, my hair down there is a badge of pride and honour. It took me a long time to grow it (a really long time) so I'm going to care for it!

I even put a bit of conditioner on it to make it shiny! :D
