Would you be happier giving it to some one who will be shooting it up his arm as soon as he has enough? (there is a reason why the police asked about needles) Would you be happier giving it to a man who looks sad and pathetic then later finding he is homeless because he has been shunned by friends and family after his release from prison? Would you be happier if you found he had been in prison for penetrating every orifice of his girlfriend’s 3 year old daughter ? I’m sorry to be even this graphic, but these actual stories are not uncommon with the homeless people we deal with and unless you are asking for a written CV with contactable references, you may be doing this.
