Okay, there's an ad on TV that is really, really starting to shit me.

It's an advert for AAMI, an insurance company. People are singing to the tune of "What About Me?", and are telling how they got into their car crashes. A lot of the reasons are stupid. As follows:

- Twittering on the web
- Drying hair
- Fiddling with chair
- Looking at a map and didn't stop
- Didn't see the lorry
- My pants got soaked

And then comes the line:

"My waters broke"

And a harried pregnant woman standing against a crashed car.

I'm sorry - since when in a civilised society does breaking one's waters deserve to get put in the same category as twittering, drying one's hair or fiddling with one's chair while driving?
Women can't *choose* when their waters break. It just. fucking. HAPPENS. It's one of those Act of fucking God things, you know? And I'm really fucking concerned about how great AAMI supposedly is if they do think this sort of thing is funny or that pregnant women are culpable for such a thing.

So yeah, screw you, AAMI.

The way I interpreted it was that the woman's water broke *because* of the accident.

That makes no sense. They're all singing about WHY they got into the accident in the first place.
