I would not want to whip him. He doesn't deserve being hurt physically. I don't condone violence of any sort.

Being given his just deserts, however? Yeah, he deserves that.

And Jackie O is not innocent. She knew that they would be strapping a fourteen year old girl down to a lie detector and asking her about things which would have a horrible answer. And if they didn't, they should have known better. Because there's no way a fourteen year old girl can answer the questions she was asked and NOT acknowledge that she was raped. Jackie O should have known better.

In fact, Jackie O was apparently the one in the room at the time (unlike Kyle), she was the one who quizzed the mother on whether she thought the girl was a virgin, and she was also the one laughing away when the girl said that she was scared and unwilling.
