My Canon-luvin' friends might not want to read it. But fuck it, you know how I roll. I might shit on the canon but I love your gorgeous asses!

Okay, so someone saw a test-screening of the new HP movie.

The sheer number of people saying how much R/Hr and H/G sucks ASTOUNDS ME. Seriously, like... I didn't realise other people can't stand it either! I thought we H/Hrs were the only ones!

Ohhh my GOD! *cackles madly* Oh man, JKR really screwed the pooch on this one, didn't she?

for a strange moment, I thought you were posting something about Hewlett Packard and Canon the camera company. Then, you know, my brain connected up that it was you and not one of my many geek friends who might conceivably actually write something about printers and cameras....

There was definitely tension between Ron and Hermione. In the very beginning at the Burrow, Ron cleans off a bit of toothpaste from Hermione’s cheek. Later in Slughorn’s class she describes what she smells in the love potion and trails off with “spearmint toothpaste…”

UGH UGH UGH UGH.... Well that last thing is invented, because Hermione never said what the third scent was. Which was more JKR fucking with us in the books, but now that they have to make H/G and R/Hr so OMGmeantforeachother, they have to add details. And I don't even want to start on the invented H/G scenes.

Honestly? I might bother to rent the DVD. Maybe.

Off topic, but Daniel Radcliffe's facial hair in that picture is just EWWW.

I've never been as into the fandom as you are, but I agree- H/Hr just seems to make more sense. Also, the new film sounds a bit dodgy, but I'll go anyway and probably enjoy it.

Ugh. Why make all those changes? I can't believe the film will be any better for it. *sigh* And while I can live with canon pairings, that doesn't mean I want them shoved down my throat. Idiots.

I'm a H/Hr and D/G shipper and I totally agree. I just could never visualize those couples together, beyond a little innocent dating in school.

I maintain that Hermione is too ambitious for Ron, and Harry and Ginny were put together in a desperate attempt to make people stop liking Draco more than EMO! Harry. There wasn't anything really to them getting together besides, "WOW! She likes quidditch and acts like a real person and not a stereotype! Forget the fact that I ignored her forever! Let's date, YAY!"

Honestly, her writing is not as good as when she first started, in my opinion, and I STILL have not finished Book 7.

That's because they stopped editing her work. I realised far too late that it was the editor's changes that I thoroughly enjoyed and not the actual writing.
