Dude, I was a teenager in a Star Trek club and they used to give me merry hell for loving Wil Wheaton. This was in the mid-nineties. I was a teenager, I was supposed to crush on his character! And I knew Wil was funny then cause I'd read his antics in interviews. Nobody would believe me. Nope. I read Wil's page when it was just a freeserver thingy before people realised how awesome he is. I'm glad everyone knows, though. He deserves the recognition, I think. I absolutely adore the man! :D

And I have a stash of Wesley fan-fic somewhere. Needs heavy editing and rewriting (cause I started it in my teens) but the concept is pretty solid, I think. Follows Wes through his Academy years. :) A short fic from that series that deals with Data's death is in my fic LJ:

Unfortunately, I have to leave and go to a bar-b-que soon here. (It's like a holiday and stuff here in the States) I will definitely spend some time going back through stuff, esp. for the Wesley fic :-)

I used to have all kinds of cool posters of him on my walls when I was a wee-teenage-fangirl :-)

Now I just collect them and put them in my photobucket... 'cause nothing's changed that's the adult thing to do.
