I'm having the *hardest* time downing this horrid liquid. I don't know what to do. I'm having a gag reflex every time I swallow it, I'm really scared I'll just vomit it up again. I'm supposed to have gone through the first litre by now - I'm hardly through the first glass!

I honestly don't know what to do or how to cope. It's very upsetting cause I'm going to screw up my own colonoscopy!
