Low-Fibre diet...

Anyone that might know this... I got the letter from the docs today and a brochure talking about a low fibre diet.

Should I start on that now? When do I switch? I'm confusled!

The best bet is probably to call your doctor & ask for sure if that's what you need to do. I do know that a low fiber diet is designed to lower your fecal output & cramping from going too much - good for patients with diverticulitis & ones who are going to have gastric surgery.
