Yes you can. No I haven't ever done it, but some of my friends have, and well, the coming down is the WORST part they say.

Yup - codeine's quite famous for causing rebound headaches. Panadol and dispirin can do it too, though not as commonly.

Cold turkey's the only way, unfortunately.

It makes me depressed, too, when I come off it. But it's the only thing that stops the endo pain. So I'm screwed whatever I do. :(

I may have missed this early on, but is it possible you have coeliac instead of endo? Gluten intolerance?
