I could have gone to see the QE2 come in this morning. But I couldn't. Cause not only is my sleeping pattern all fucked up because of incessant period cramps, and I need to look good for shots for my brother's movie (ergo if I go to see it I get two hours sleep), but I'm in pain when I wake up too and I have to take big pills to make it go away. :(

There's nothing like watching the QE2 rumble past at dawn, horns bwaming. *weeps* Weep with me, I know you'll understand!

On the plus side, I get to see her this afternoon. But seeing her move past you... *dies of happines* That is one of the most beautiful things ever. Oh well - my brother will film it, but it's not like being there, seeing it, is it?

PS - Karen - I put the RC nickname to differentiate you from my friend the doctor who is also called Karen. Love you!
