Sore day number four.

I know you're probably sick of hearing this - I'm totally sick of saying it - but I'm in pain. Awful pain. Usually I can play Destruct-O-Match all right when I'm in pain. I can't do that, I can't concentrate. I'm really fucking sore. It's been this way for about four or five days now. I wake up every morning with a pukey feeling, and then the pain starts as soon as I get up to do stuff.

I'm so fecking sick of this. I'm considering calling up the doctor Karen recommended to me and seeing what he says. Dr. Gan put me on some really stupid anti-inflammatories that do absolutely nothing for the pain. I take them every night and when I'm in pain. I've taken four today and they've done nothing.

I don't know why it's hurting like this - it's not usual. Usually I'm having a good week of health right now, and I'm not. I don't know what's up, but it's worrying me. At first I thought it was a urinary tract infection but it's not the same symptoms exactly. My pee isn't stinging and I'm peeing plenty.

God damn. I just wish it would stop - it HURTS.

Sweets, if this isn't your normal week to feel pain, you have to see a GYN that will do the laparoscopy.

I fear that this is leading your further down my road, please get the damn surgery before you're in pain everyday and confined to bed like I was. At least you KNOW what this is. Do something about it.

I've been scheduled to meet a gyno on the 5th at King Edward Memorial Hospital (a hospital specifically for women). The pain has been slowly getting worse over the months. Because I'm on public health, I have to wait for a lot of things.

It also doesn't help that my last doctor didn't really take my pain all that seriously. He gave me the pills I mentioned above. Ham-fisted jerk. I'll probably go to the doctor my friend sees.

Damn. Shoulda read this first. Sorry to read this actually, was kinda hoping to get a "feeling fab, it was a virus-type-thingy" story....

You really should call another doctor, you just don't seem to be seeing any results from your other one. Some doctors are crap, plain and simple.

Thanks, swee-pea. *hugs* As soon as the word 'endometriosis' entered my life in regards to me, it completely changed. I'll be dealing with this for the rest of my days, alas. But I can deal with it, I just don't want to be in extreme pain like I have been these past few days. A little bit of pain is okay, I can cope with that. :)
