I'm at home tonight, and I don't care. Usually I get all restless and feel like a loser, but not tonight. I figure I have so much going on during the week, I deserve a damned break. So I rented some videos! Yay!

- Alice in Wonderland (disney movie, haven't seen the full version in years)
- Dark Crystal DVD (Extras! YAY!)
- Exorcist: The Beginning (Schlock, I know, but I knew Mum would love it)

And I bought "Stigmata" because ever since I saw that movie, I *loved* it! I love Patricia Arquette in it (she's so cute) and Gabriel Byrne is one sexy damned Father! (My family will tease me forever for that but I don't care).

I bought some chocolate, some blank tapes, and I'm going to enjoy myself! :) (Yep, I'm heading up for my periods. So badly. LOL!)

My son went through an Alice in Wonderland phase a while back where it was the only DVD he'd watch. We had a great time explaining what the caterpillar was smoking! Leave it to my kid to be the one who would ask. I never even thought about it as a child.

Enjoy your chocolate!

Hehehe. Our mother smoked, so I don't think my brother thought about it like that at all. I don't think he even looked at it twice. He was much more of a 'pink elephants' boy. (He watched Dumbo to death, I swear).

Woe, to your current music, woe! I'd JUST got that song out of my head after hearing it for months (my school just finished doing the musical last weekend) and now, it is back. *Starts Singing again*

*wink*

LOL. My brother has been sort of digging it lately so he's been listening to the songs from it over and over again. And I've been hearing them too. *nods* Not that I mind. :)

Hmm. I think it's like when some people giggle when they see someone hurt themselves but it's serious. It's a stress reaction. *nods*

Likes? I LOVES!! I grew UP watching that fucking thing. Strange thing was I identified with Jen, and used to think I was Jen. I had no inkling that Jen was a BOY. LOL!

But - but - the most classic dialogue in the world!

"You have wings? I don't have wings!"

"Of course you don't! You're a boy!"

Oh, yeah, that movie rocked. Such a shame that few others seem to think so. Jim Henson went way way way before his time.

Those that think it sucks are missing a brain stem or something. And yeah, that dialogue didn't mean much to me. Don't ask me why - as a little girl I had no concept of the division of sexes. I guess I don't these days either!! *G*
