Well, with the Velociraptors anyway. I've been reading about dinosaurs, and one of the most incredibly fascinating subjects in paleontology is the Bird-Dinosaur connection. I've been reading about new fossil finds all over the world that support the idea that a certain group of dinosaurs - the advanced theropods, of which Tyrannosaurus Rex is a part. There is even a theory that T Rex babies could have been covered in down! The main idea is that feathers evolved to keep the animals warm rather than for flight. There's info here: http://www.amnh.org/science/specials/dinobird.html
I love these little sculptures here: http://www.kokorodinosaurs.com/feathereddinosaurs.html
They're so incredibly cute!!
Anyway, so in Jurassic Park, those Velociraptors might have needed some feathers attached to them!! If you look at the sculptures at the bottom of that page, with the feathers all over, it makes sense, it looks so very right.

If you go here: http://dino.lm.com/images/type.php?name=restoration You can see a lot of great pictures done by enthusiasts and scientists alike, it's a really wonderful page. I'm having heaps of fun looking through the pictures. It's all good stuff for me to study for my fantastic beasts and so forth. I love drawing dragons and this is all wonderful stuff to know.
Anyway, I should go to bed, it's late.

Yup, it's from Season 1 of Jonny Quest: The Real Adventures, my absolutely favorite iteration of the series. Nice to meet a fellow fan :)

I think I still remember that ep. Something about Anasazi and the kids stealing a plane. The show aired on Cartoon Network for quite a while. Unfortunately I don't have this channel anymore. >.<
And Jessie always reminds me of Hermione... *lol*

Yup! "The Return of the Anasazi". It was considered one of the best episodes of TRA. You have a good memory!

*LOL!* I know! They share similar traits, specially their stubbornness and analytical thinking. Maybe that's why J/J is as appealing to me as H/Hr.

It was one of the best eps I remember (next to the one with the Condors)! I always prefered the "action/adventure"-eps. Although most of them weren't that nicly animated as the Questworld-eps. I loved the drawing style there.

*shakes hands on that - on both, J/J and H/Hr* ^.^
And there's another thing that reminds me of Harry Potter - the Philosopher's Stone. *giggles*
Uh, and I just added you to my friend's list. Hope you don't mind.
*shares some JQ-nostalgica* ^.^
