I was prescribed Lyrica by my new Pain Management doctor. Feel like this:

Apparently it gives you increased appetite and shit but I'm not really all that hungry. I am, however, living a second a minute. See, that doesn't even make any God-damned fucking SENSE. WHAT THE HELL.

I should write music like this.

Oh dear. That said, it's not dissimilar to what a lot of the folks I know on Lyrica describe (I manage W/Comp cases, and I have quite a few clients on Lyrica for neuropathic pain conditions) when they first start. If it helps, most of them say it does settle down a fair bit?

Hah! Youtube did that thing again, where it swaps videos on people. I live in perverse hope that somewhere in the world, someone goes to see a video of kittens or puppies or children high after dental surgery, and instead gets Rick Astley, never giving them up or letting them down.

I was taking neurontin for chronic pain, someone recommended Lyrica. Let me know if it works in the long run, I may switch over.
