No wonder I've been so lethargic.
I just got a call from my doctor this morning. Remember how I've beencomplaining about terrible fatigue? Well, it seems that I've got lowiron levels. That's what the doctor said, though I have to wonder ifit's anaemia, since I've had that before, when I was a teenager.
I also wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I am just finishing my periods. :T
Have any of you had this problem before, and has solving it helped? Cause I'd like to get some of my old energy back.

I'm taking iron supplements but apparently it's going to take ages to build up my stores.
It'll improve your energy levels, but the supplements can make you a bit constipated and turns your poo black (lovely info from my GP).
They'll help, get Ferro-grad C because the vitamin C in them helps you absorb more.

I usually try to get three serves of leafies a week, MINIMUM, each washed down with a glass of juice. That seems to keep my iron levels up where they should be.
