I have seen the problem phrased as "There is a nude photo of Lara Bingle floating around!".

That is not the problem.

The problem is, there is a nude photo of Lara Bingle floating around for which she didn't give consent to distribute.

(Not saying that you are saying any different, just getting this off my chest).

She hardly seemed to be giving consent to have the photo taken in the first place. I found her face and posture quite distressing :-(

It screamed "WHAT are you DOING? GO AWAY!" It bothered me very deeply too.

Oh no, I agree. But I have heard a lot of stuff about how terrible it is that there is a naked picture of her around (rather than how terrible it is that there is a naked picture of her that she didn't consent to having taken around).
