Just so you know that I'm not comPLETEly wasting my time at home...

I've not been inactive these past few months. I *have* been drawing. You just haven't seen them cause I scan them in and then don't colour them, and you don't see them. So I thought, "Bugger it, they'd like to see the sketches surely!" Perhaps I am assuming too much? LOL! :P

Anyway, under the cut, some art that I've done lately. Enjoy!

Drawing lockstock and making her a mermaid.

Kalila.

Reginald Leighton.

Andrea Leighton.

Carrie Sinclair.

Andrea being incredibly groovay.

Ron and Luna. Yes, get happy Leda and [livejournal.com profile] shantari! It will be coloured eventually!

these are all so pretty!! I love you're style, and am always impressed by the way you can capture such expression and life in the faces you create. You could make quite a living just being a portrait artist!

And your Ron is just perfect!! A little bit Rupert, but not quite....just spot on and wonderful.

Hahaha. He was supposed to be TOTALLY Rupert but I'm just not good at capturing his features. That and I was comic-ing it a bit, you know?

And thank you. I'm glad you enjoy my work. It means a lot to me. :)

Well - I hadn't meant that to be derogatory, at least.... :-)
But I like that, really - the kids in the movies are spot on as far as acting goes, but I've always imagined the characters looking a *little* different in my head.

So, whatever it was that you did, it sure is pretty. LOLZ!

apparently everything is "spot on" today? *shrugs*
