Sometimes, my cooking skills surprise even me.
I am now munching down on what I like to call Eggs de Quiche. That is, your regular scrambled eggs with these things added:
- A handful of grated cheese
- Onion, finely chopped
- Ham, chopped into itty bitty cubes
- Tomato, chopped up
- A handful of freshly chopped parsley
- A dollop of milk
You have two eggs with that. It ends up looking like this:

Not too pretty but it tastes fucking FABULOUS. Mmmm!
