Intuos3/Nacey = OTP!!!

I got my Intuos3 graphics tablet today.

OH MY GOD, I AM IN LOVE. SATISFACTION! JOY! FREEDOM OF CREATION! It 's so responsive! It's so sensitive! It's everything I want in a man, in a TABLET! *cuddles it to her chest tightly*

It has this crazy scrolling ZOOM groove on the side of it! You can't even tell there's like, digitalness in there! It just looks like an ordinary piece of plastic. BUT IT ZOOMS!

I want to marry it and have its electronic babies. It is FUCKING SWEET.

How much do these tablet things cost, and where do you get 'em from?

I got mine from eBay for 400 bucks or thereabouts. You can get an intuos2 for cheaper, and if you don't do super-intricate drawings, and just want to edit photos and stuff, you can get it for about 200.

Or you can get a Wacom Bamboo for about 100. But don't bother with other tablet companies, I find their tablets are usually shithouse.

I just need something that'll draw Angriest Video Store Clerk comics direct into Photoshop. In other words, not that intricate. : )

Bamboo should be fine. :) I'd go with the intuos2 though, but that's because it's so damned nice. :D
