We don't have showbags. At the Wisconsin State Fair (which has a permanent "park" just outside Milwaukee), there are a bunch of buildings that house all the competitions for best animal of whatever breed, best of X variety of pie, best quilt, and so on, as well as vendors who are mostly set up in little 3-metre-squre booths from which they sell all sorts of things. There is also a motor raceway (the Milwaukee Mile), which includes a grandstand where people can see musical acts during the 11 days of the state fair, as well as at various other festivals during the year. And there is a couple hundred tons of food, including the best cream puffs in the world.
