That's a big twinkie.
Oh MY GOD. I just had my first bite of a twinkie!! They're selling them in this gorgeous little confectioner's in Fremantle next to Jafreezi (sp?!) and near The Pickled Fairy. Lots of American candy there, actually!
Anyway, video of me and my brother and the twinkie:

However, their magic is that they never go bad. You can leave them on a shelf for fifty years, and they're as good as the day your brother ate one. If that doesn't tell you how bad they are for you, yikes!
In Las Vegas, the "Sin City" of America, there's a touristy part of downtown that has Deep-Fried Twinkies -- they put a Twinkie on a stick, dip it in pancake batter, fry it in oil, and sprinkle on confection sugar and decorations.
For a dollar.
Run screaming from that booth, I tell you!!! ;-D I ate one based on a dare, and can honestly say it's nothing I would ever "crave" in my life.

Yeah, they're just a really sweet sponge cake filled with cream that's been a snack food here foreeeever. Wait until you have a Snowball.

And speaking of bacon, remind me to find you the photo of chocolate covered bacon that was posted to Food_Porn sometime.
