Wheeee!

I just went through a bit of a bottle of Crittenden Co. Late Harvest Riesling. It was a very, very nice drop indeed. I hope it's not too expensive cause it might be a favourite of mine. Very fruity and tingly and yum. :D

And you KNOW why I drank it? It's that bloody episode of Black Books where they drink the 7000 pound bottle of wine. It was seven thousand pounds in money, not in weight.

Anyway, so I drank some birthday wine and I'm very, very sad it's run out. I must get more. I have strawberry champers but it's not as good. Hell. A smack in the face is more enjoyable. Leg opener, that's what that strawberry crap is, but I do enjoy it a bit, yes I do.

OKAY. I'm going to watch more Black Books. Hurrah!

There's something about strawberry champagne. Yes, it's horrible, but it's so silly and fun :) I went through a phase with some friends of mine several years back of drinking a range of cheap & nasty sweet champagnes that had different fruit pulps in them: strawberry, pineapple, passionfruit (not passion pop :P). And no, we weren't all teenagers :P

Sometimes being silly about alcohol can be more fun than drinking 'the good stuff'!

I do like the cheap fun bubblies. Sometimes you can spend heaps on a wine and it's awful. Wine can be tricky like that.

I've decided I'm not a huge fan of dry champaigns. :T
