Wow...

It's things like this that give me hope for the human race. Timor has barely any money at all - yet they give it all freely for their neighbouring countries.

I like reading things like that, they majorly cheer me up.

On the other hand, the UK Government has donated less to the cause than the (supposed) worth of Manchester United Football Club. We've got our priorities right, haven't we?

Yups. I saw a great essay talking about how Jesus urged us to give immoderately. I'm not Christian but I still think it's a good philosophy :)
