I tried to find a picture of her pulling her usual, "Just you try it, fucker!" face but she was far too agreeable in most of the photos. But then I found one with this 80s-tastic hair band, which I figure you'd find as hilarious as I do. But Kira Nerys is the most kick ass Trek woman next to Janeway, and you kick ass too. :D

Non-fictional character: (Even though I know, logically, it's a Hoyden thing, but for some reason my first thought when I see one is, "Oh, gotta send this to L!")

I have no idea if she's your fav DC character, but she's so awesome and I think of you when I see her. I love that she looks tougher that Batman and Robin in this picture. It could be that the both of them look like they're running around in their undies. :-P Ahh, Superhero convention!

[I just realised I'm supposed to do this at my blog, but I don't know that I'm up to that, so I hope you don't mind me doing it here?]

Maybe it's just because I'm immersed in Percy Jackson right now while reading to the Lad, but the first person that sprung to mind was Rachel Elizabeth Dare. There's only fanart of her because she's only from a book. She's awesome, she paints everything she sees (whether it exists or not, and whether it's somewhere other than her here and now), and she's one of the few clear-sighted humans who can see through the Mist, which obscures the world of demigods and monsters from most mortals - so she's one of the few people who can see things as they truly are.

Plus, she's stone-cold brave, and even if the only weapon at her disposal in her fight against the TItans is a hairbrush, she will fucking nail them with it.

She's sort of dark and has an alternative allure about her. Janeway is fucking awesome but you have that younger, more playful vibe. :D <3 back!
